  2. DO NOT EXERCISE, THAT IS REALLY BAD FOR YOU. SIT ON YOUR BUTT AS MUCH AS YOU CAN, IT’S EASIER. IT’S OKAY TO ACCEPT YOURSELF AS THE KIND OF PERSON YOU ONCE LOOKED UPON BACK IN YOUR YOUTH AND TOLD YOURSELF, “GEE, HOW CAN ANYONE JUST LET THEMSELVES GO LIKE THAT? I’LL NEVER BE LIKE THAT!”
  3. MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT DRINK CLEAN, FILTERED, LIVING WATER BECAUSE YOU ARE MOSTLY MADE UP OF WATER AND YOU WORK BETTER WITH WATER. IT IS BETTER TO DRINK COFFEE BECAUSE IT GETS YOUR ADRENALS GOING AND IT’S OKAY…
