Individuals, by caring for their bodies through proper nutrition, rest, and exercise, by default, express their spiritual nature. Neglect or overindulgence can lead to illness, while balanced self-care fosters harmony between spirit and matter, enhancing life's experiences and spiritual connectivity.

The journey of self-examination creates inner harmony through three phases: Intent, Essence, and Synthesis. It involves confronting internal challenges and gaining personal insight. By breaking free from mundane patterns, individuals can achieve a deeper understanding of existence, leading to spiritual growth and unity with the essence of reality.

From Mundane to Spiritual . . . .

Life's essentials include sleep for recovery, nutrition for body support, sex for reproduction, and fear for survival. Beyond these basics, spiritual awareness can elevate existence, fostering deeper connections and introspection among all beings.

Fist-Bumping . . . . O. K.!!!!!

Fist bumping evidences humans as being trapped into mundane reality. Fist bumping also establishes the social nature of the human collective. The tenuous nature of existing in the mundane can be eased through social gestures. The majority of people could not explain the why or wherefore of (their) engaging in normalized social actions. I am not adverse to touching but I do feel that a visual acknowledging, in many cases, is more than sufficient .

A thousand mile journey . . . .

Awareness of and tapping into the continuous cyclical energy flow on earth (the moon, the feminine) and uniting it with the universal, cosmic energies (the sun, the masculine) and transcending them both is the essence spiritual journey
