Journey to Higher Consciousness: The Dragon and the Warrior
Higher states of spiritual attainment involves unifying the elements. They are represented by the Dragon and the (battle clad) Warrior. The Dragon symbolizes Aether, while the Warrior embodies the lower four elements. Balancing these energies facilitates spiritual growth, and moving beyond mundane reality. Each element has lower vibrations that trap individuals into the mundane. Yet, through harmonizing them one can elevate their consciousness. Which can lead to a deeper understanding of self and existence.

While many maintain daytime sleep schedules on off-days, some benefit from reverting to nighttime sleep, potentially aided by melatonin and minimal alcohol. Regular health exams are essential.
