Resolving Your Trauma

Mental Health is a personal endeavor that can provide clarity, stability and harmony to the individual in pursuance thereof.

The human-life can be wonderful. The individual develops in an idyllic climate free of any traumas, difficulties or undue challenges, in theory. Yet, the actuality of life is that one encounters mental perturbations, physical challenges, and social interactions that bestow lasting ill-effects on the psyche.  The majority of people function in day to day society while having locked personal traumas deep within their subconscious.  There is no need for traumas to perpetually haunt individuals. The capacity to resolve traumas of the psyche is within the grasp of everyone. Some individuals come to the realization that certain past occurrences could possibly be hindering the expression of their own full potential. There are venues available that can assist with resolving their repressed, personal traumas.

Many do not realize their own individual scaring. The trails of living are opportunities for individuals to overcome challenges that could hinder their growth. Unfortunately. These trails tend to be subsumed deep within regions of the subconscious and unconscious mind spaces. These instances of entrained trauma cause interesting responses to various circumstances. These circumstances, triggers, can be activated at some of the most seemingly insignificant moments. They will continue to affect the  individual to whom they are attached until they are noticed and appropriately handled. It is herein that  the challenge exist: that the individual must come to terms with the undercurrent(s) of trauma to which they provide harbor. The process of true healing can then begin to unfold.

It is difficult to face personal traumas. Some of the memories of the various traumas can be (somewhat) unnerving. Most people tend to distance themselves from the unpleasant things that they encounter. To distance the self from their own individual trauma is difficult. Personal trauma is always part of the personal make-up of the individual. One cannot run away or distance themselves from their trauma. One has to face those traumatic circumstances which they drag around on a daily basis. To overcome the trauma means that one must come to terms with and resolve said trauma. It must be faced, period. Until that happens, there will be the continual incurring of trauma, continually.

Techniques and resources can help in navigating through the upheavals that have been encountered over a lifetime. Therapies can be approached from a solo standpoint or they can be acquired through dissemination from a ‘qualified’ professional. When one pursues the solitary path to recovery is to actively align one’s self with the process. Modalities that encourage engaging in deeper levels of introspection are integral for coming to terms with and resolving inner turmoil. Some people may need to elicit the expertise of qualified professionals for help in maneuvering through the morass of mental dross. The professional can act as a guide for the individual who is adrift in the waters of unresolved trauma. The individual can come to realize their own inner power in the journey to bring the mind into balance

The human life can be beautiful but the reality of daily living brings individuals into contact with traumas. These traumas are many time push into the unconscious and subconscious aspects of the brain. Many are in constant struggle before realizing that their psyche is in unconscious turmoil. Upon coming to terms with the unbalanced mental flux it behooves the individual to tread the path to resolution. There are many venues by which one can achieve a more balanced and harmonious existence. The individual has to envision how they might best approach the resolution of their inner traumas and achieve true harmony in their day to day existence.
